Our truck has been fully customized to handle the most advanced recoveries known to our area, with three winches and a boom you cannot find another recovery truck like it.

Alex has been exploring further into the Eastern Sierra for over a decade. It was only recently that Alex discovered he can use his exemplary rigging and recovery skills to calmly help people through some of their most stressful moments involving a vehicle.
Alex does all his own wrenching and maintenance, which there is plenty of with trucks older than he is.
Alex might be part dog.
Jena Carter

Jena grew up playing in the dirt and snow so she is most comfortable outside somewhere getting filthy and using her hands. Jena enjoys spotting vehicles through precarious situations.
Jena works hard to make sure everyone is safe and happy so go ahead and ask her if you can have a water bottle or sticker.
Jena really likes dogs.
Maple Carter
The Recover-collie
Maple has been on every recovery since she was 6 weeks old. Not only is she great at quality control, Maple's main job is also to calm everyone down. After the recovery, she usually gets to play with the customer or the Frosty crew.
Maple is a really good dog.
Sadie, our 10 year old pitbull deserves an honorable mention. She is retired now, but in her younger days she racked up more trail miles than most Jeeps.

Frosty 4Wheeler started as a passion sparked from off-roading, camping and exploring the Eastern Sierra for over 20 years with our dogs and 4x4's. Naturally it became our full time business 2021 and every year we rescue more vehicles than the year before.
We are a husband and wife team, Jena and Alex Carter. We know a thing or two about getting stuck and un-stuck and we have also had our fair share of trail breaks and repairs so don't hesitate to give us a call the next time you find yourself in a sticky situation.
